Professional Equipment · Understand Its Purpose First

Equipment helps. Judgement still starts with people.

Wondering why we use a particular device? Understand its role in the care process first, then discuss the right combination for your scalp.

Assess the Current Condition

We start by understanding your scalp and hair, rather than choosing equipment immediately.

Explain the Choices

Your hair therapist explains the equipment type and its role in the treatment, while listening to how you feel.

Record and Adjust

Before-and-after observations help us plan the next step according to that day's needs and your records.

Explore the Technologies Used
Cellpheus Pro and helmet-style PEMF equipment are different types of tools. During your visit, ask about the equipment, its place in the care process and why your hair therapist has chosen it for your scalp that day.

Three Technology Concepts

NameMain PrincipleWhat to Understand
Cellpheus ProNeedle-free microcurrent / multiple electrical-wave modes, used with dedicated ampoulesA trained operator plans the equipment step according to scalp condition and the products used
HairGeneCompany documents describe it as a helmet-style PEMF deviceCheck the on-site model, parameters, safety instructions and usage plan
Red-Light / Blue-Light HelmetPrimarily uses light sources at specific wavelengthsAssess capabilities through wavelength, power, coverage and treatment duration

How should we interpret PEMF research?

A 24-week randomised, double-blind, sham-controlled study examined combined photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) and PEMF in participants with androgenetic alopecia. Remember that this was a combination-device study, and check whether its equipment and parameters match the model used on site.

Results depend on frequency, magnetic-field strength, waveform, session length and total treatment duration. Lavender Hair explains the equipment's role using the on-site model, manufacturer documentation, parameters and operating procedure.

Three Key Checks for Equipment Claims

Check whether the model, parameters and usage setting match, then consider the participants, study duration and outcomes. A device name or the colour of its lights is not enough to judge it.
