Product FAQs
Choosing and using your product, explained.
How much should I take each day?
Follow the serving size and directions on your product's packaging, together with any individual advice from your healthcare professional. Ask us for package information before buying.
Can I take it with a multivitamin?
Ask a doctor or pharmacist to review the ingredients and amounts per serving of both products to avoid duplicate supplementation. Seek advice first if you take medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
What should I know before a blood test?
Biotin may interfere with some laboratory tests. Tell your healthcare team in advance and bring the product label. They will decide whether your supplement use or testing arrangements need to change.
Can BVT replace hair-loss treatment?
Nutritional supplements cannot replace hair-loss treatment. For persistent or noticeable hair loss, see a doctor to understand the cause before deciding whether nutritional supplementation is needed.
