How should I care for an oily scalp with dry ends?

Choose shampoo for your scalp's needs, then care for dry lengths and ends separately. Notice whether the conditioner feels heavy and how easily your hair tangles, and adjust your routine accordingly.

Do I need Hair Pack if I already use a scalp serum?

They serve different parts of your routine. Scalp serum is applied to the scalp. If your ends are still dry or tangled, add a conditioner as needed. You do not need the whole range just because the products share a brand.
