What does Orange Light's volumising effect mean?

Does fine hair still need conditioning?
If the ends are dry, frizzy or tangle easily, you can still add hair conditioning. Address cleansing and smooth ends separately, then adjust the combination according to hair length and feel.
What are Orange Light's key ingredients?
